This morning a male Goosander flew upstream, over the site. Eighteen Lesser Redpolls were in a birch tree in the Slurry Lagoon reedbed near the southern end of the Causeway. PS.

This afternoon three Bearded Tits were seen in the Slurry Lagoon reed-bed as well as a Marsh Harrier. On the Ecopark there were four Green Sandpipers and 82 Teal. RW.
A Whooper Swan was on the Deep Pit this afternoon. A Marsh Harrier came in to roost in the Slurry Lagoon reed-bed this evening and there was a murmuration of about 10,000 Starlings. A Bearded Tit was also heard going to roost and two Green Sandpipers were on the Ecopool. RW.
This afternoon two Whooper Swans were seen at the lagoons. There was a murmuration of about 10,000 Starlings and a Bearded Tit was heard at the dry end of the Slurry Lagoon. RW.
A Bearded Tit was heard calling from the dry end of the Slurry Lagoon this evening. 10,000 Starlings came in to roost and performed a murmuration. There were also two Green Sandpipers and a Woodcock flew out at dusk. An escaped Cockatiel was also seen as well as the first Buff-tailed Bumblebee of the year. RW.
Today a Bearded Tit was heard calling from the Slurry Lagoon reed-bed. There were three Green Sandpipers on the EcoPark and, in the evening, about 8,000 Starlings came to roost. RW.
This afternoon a male and female Smew were seen on the Large Gravel Pit. The Bearded Tits are still in the Slurry Lagoon reed-bed and two Woodcocks were seen flying out at dusk. RW.
This afternoon at least one Bearded Tit was in the Slurry Lagoon reed-bed and a Marsh Harrier was seen. Two Ruddy Shelduck were on the Ecopark pools as well as 130 Teal and a Green Sandpiper, and a Chiffchaff was along the Ouse Dyke. RW.
