The Netherfield Lagoons Local Nature Reserve is situated about 4 miles to the south-east of Nottingham City Centre. Grid reference SK638402. They are best approached from the Colwick Loop Road via the Victoria Retail Park. Take Teal Close left off the second round-about and park near the end opposite the Aura Designer Furniture factory gates. Cross the Ouse Dyke and walk right, along it’s North bank until you reach the foot bridge (about 1/2 mile). Cross back across the foot bridge and enter the nature reserve.
