At about 08.00hrs this morning a cream-top Marsh Harrier with wing-tags was seen over the Slurry Lagoon. This was identified as a first winter male, tagged at RSPB Nene Washes on 12/07/2023. JV.

This morning there were six Bearded Reedlings feeding in the NE corner of the Slurry Lagoon reed-bed. There was also a pair of Stonechats on the Ecopark. MW.
The pair of Pintail are still on the Large Gravel Pit. RW.
This evening about 8,000 Starlings put on a murmuration display over the Slurry Lagoon. JDn.
This morning the Jack Snipe was found again on the Wader Scrape. The male and female Stonechats were in front of the substation and a Goosander flew over the Deep Pit. On the Slurry Lagoon there was a large gull that looked very like a Yellow-legged Gull, but it decided to fly away before it could be conclusively identified. PS.
This afternoon there was a report of a Bittern flying across in front of the bench on the Slurry Lagoon. PS.
A Little Egret flew fairly high, NE across the Slurry Lagoon at dusk this evening. PS.
