Description
Over all length 5 to 6mm. A green bug with a brown wing membrane. The cuneus is green with a black apical tip.
Habitat
Hedgerows and woodland edge where they feed on brambles, nettles, meadowsweet and creeping thistle.Fairly common and widespread throughout Britain
Status and distribution
Fairly common and widespread throughout Britain. There is only one previous record for Nottinghamshire but this could well be due to under recording. There is one record for Netherfield Lagoons.
Best time to see
June to September.
