European Cinchbug

Description
Body length 5 - 6mm. A grey bug with two-tone brown marked wings. the wings can be long, short or intermediate.
Habitat
Wetlands where the insects can be found on grasses and reeds.
Status and distribution
Common and widespread in the south and east of Britain as far north as Yorkshire and west into parts of Wales. Common and widespread in Nottinghamshire and at Netherfield Lagoons.
Best time to see
April to September.
