Green Sandpiper – 10th April

April 10, 2014Recent wildlife sightings10th April, 2014, Dunlin, Green Sandpiper, Little Ringed Plover, Sand Martin, Sedge Warbler, Slurry Lagoon, Swallow, Wader Scrape, White WagtailPete Smith

This afternoon, on the Wader Scrape, there was a Green Sandpiper, a Dunlin, three Little Ringed Plovers and a White Wagtail. A Swallow flew through and several Sand Martins were seen. In the reed bed on the Slurry Lagoon a Sedge Warbler was singing. PS. RW.
