Description

Over all length 6 to 7mm. Very similar to L. rugulipennis, but not so densely pubescent.

Habitat

Woodland edge and hedgerows. A wide variety of plants are fed upon.

Status and distribution

Common and widely spread throughout southern Britain. Fairly common in Nottinghamshire and at Netherfield Lagoons.

Best time to see

All year.
