Upcoming public events held at the Netherfield Lagoons Local Nature Reserve, Nottinghamshire.

    Volunteer Work Morning
    Jul 15 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

    If you are able to help please come along in the morning. We meet inside the metal gates in the small car park at 09.00hrs. Park on Teal Close and walk along the Ouse Dyke to the footbridge. Follow the Willow Walk and you will arrive at the car park. Please be on time so that we can allocate tools to you. Wear stout shoes and thorn-proof gloves. Remember to follow the social distancing guidelines.

    There should be lots of insects and other wildlife to see. Meet at the metal bridge onto the reserve.

    Twenty-two species of Dragonfly and Damselfly have so far been recorded on the reserve. Not all will still be flying, but some of the largest species should be flying today. Meet at the metal bridge onto the reserve.
