Description
Over all length 18 – 21mm. The head is pale yellow and the thorax is pale yellow with black markings on its dorsal surface. The abdomen is pale tan with a broken stripe of dark brown along its dorsal surface and a thin black line along the sides. The wings have a pale stigma.
Status and Distribution
The distribution tends to be along the coasts in England but further inland in Scotland. It has been found once on the reserve.
