The Netherfield Lagoons Local Nature Reserve is situated about 4 miles to the south-east of Nottingham City Centre. Grid reference SK638402. They are best approached from the Colwick Loop Road via the Victoria Retail Park. Take Teal Close left off the second round-about and park near the end, by the metal barrier. Cross the Ouse Dyke and walk right, along it’s North bank, until you reach the foot-bridge (about 1/2 mile). Cross the foot-bridge and enter the nature reserve.
